1. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential. Each account is for one person only and must not be shared.
2. Courses and access
Course videos and learning material are available to enrolled learners only. Access for a paid course starts after your payment is confirmed. We may update or improve course content from time to time.
3. Payments
Course fees are shown on each course page. Payments are made through our secure payment gateway, and applicable taxes are added where required.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, record, download or share course videos or materials.
- Do not share your login with anyone else.
- Do not use the platform for anything unlawful or harmful.
5. Certificates
Certificates are issued when you complete the requirements stated on the course page.
6. Ownership of content
All course content belongs to ERP Gurukul or its creators. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own learning.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. No refund is due in that case.
8. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". Courses are for learning purposes and do not guarantee a job or a particular result. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and continuing to use the platform means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We want you to be happy with what you learn. These are the rules for refunds on paid courses.
1. When you can get a refund
- You request the refund within 7 days of purchase.
- You have viewed less than 20% of the course content.
2. When a refund is not available
- Free courses and webinars.
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase.
- Courses for which a certificate has already been issued.
- Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions.
3. How to request a refund
Email info@cbditsolutions.com or raise a support ticket. Please include your registered email, the course name and your payment ID.
4. Processing time
We review requests within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
5. After a refund
Your access to the course ends once the refund is processed.
